Are the childrens clothes you purchased from us not quite right? These are our policies for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.
Returns - including returns on sale items - can be made for 14 days from the date that your purchase arrives to you, for any reason. Shipping charges are not refundable.
A Return Authorization number (RA #) will be required with ANY RETURN. To get a RA #, please e-mail us at info@westendkids.ca. Please include your name, telephone number and order number.
Please allow one to three days for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package.
All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. West End Kids will not accept merchandise that has been used. Please return all items with tags attached.
West End Kids stands by our merchandise. We gladly reimburse our customers for any shipping charges that are incurred for merchandise that is returned as a result of manufacturer defects, and not the result of normal wear and tear.

West End Kids does not reimburse shipping for regular returns. We do reimburse shipping charges for merchandise returned due to manufacturer's defect.
Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid, regular parcel post. Insuring your return allows you to track you parcel with Canada Post. A Return Authorization number (RA #) is required.
Exchanges - including exchanges on sale items - can be made for 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise. Please contact us to ensure the item is available.
Once we have been contacted, we would be happy to put the replacement item on hold until your return arrives.

We will refund your order up to 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Returns made after 14 days, and no longer than 30 days, will be refunded for store credit only. Refunds to your credit card may take up to an extra day to appear on your credit record. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days after you purchase receive your order.
