WEK uses a flat shipping rate of 12 + GST for all items purchased from the site. Shipping is free for all orders of regularly priced merchandise exceeding $150.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Since orders are shipped directly from our Westboro store in Ottawa, actual shipping time will depend on your geographic location.

Do you ship to addresses outside of Canada?

Not at this time.

How do I track my order?

A Canada Post tracking number will be provided with each order. You'll be able to track your shipment online via the Canada Post Website.

What is your return policy?

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a 14-day Return Policy on all of our childrens clothes purchased online. The details are given In the Customer Service section of this website.

How do I know if an item is available?

Availability of a given item is indicated when you select the item in our online catalog. For information about in-store-only merchandise, please contact Customer Service directly.

Can I order an item that I don't see on the web site?

Yes - our Westboro store in Ottawa, Canada, stocks a complete line of childrens clothing for babies to teens and everything in between, including pajamas, innerwear, formal wear, outerwear and accessories. If you can't make it into the store, give us a call or email us with your request.

How do I determine what size to purchase?

Please consult our Sizing Guides for help in measuring your kid for clothing, footwear, and accessories. Note that we specialize in fitting hard-to-fit kids, including husky or slim fits.
